Ingredients
- 1 cup cup rice (long grain or basmati)
- 1 can can of beans (black beans, kidney beans, or any beans of your choice), drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
- 1 cup Veeba Marinara Sauce
- 2-3 jalapenos, sliced (adjust according to spice preference)
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
- Olive oil for cooking
