Kimbap (Korean Rice Rolls)

Ingredients

  • 2 nori (seaweed) sheets
  • 1 cup cooked rice (season with salt + sesame oil)
  • ½ carrot, ½ cucumber, ½ capsicum (cut into sticks)
  • 1 egg (omelette cut in strips)
  • 2 tbsp Veeba Korean Mayonnaise

Directions

Spread rice on nori, leaving 1 cm border.

Place veggies, egg strips. Add drizzle of Korean Mayo.

Roll tightly, slice into bite-size pieces.
