Korean Spicy Mayo Rice Balls (Vegetarian Jumeokbap)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked short-grain rice (sticky rice preferred)
  • ½ cup finely chopped vegetables (carrot, cucumber, bell pepper, corn)
  • 3 tbsp Veeba Korean Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Wok Tok Soya Drizzle
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into thin strips
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

Mix chopped veggies with Veeba Korean Mayo. This is your creamy filling.
Take a scoop of rice in your palm, flatten slightly.
Place a spoon of filling in the centre and close into a ball.
Roll in sesame seeds and garnish with nori strips.
