Korean Mayo Cauliflower Bites (Vegetarian version of Mayo Shrimp / Ma-yo Saeu)

Ingredients

  • 250g cauliflower florets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • ½ cup cornflour (for coating)
  • Oil for frying or air frying
  • Sauce: 4 tbsp Veeba Korean Mayonnaise, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Coat cauliflower florets with cornflour, deep fry or air fry until crisp.


Mix Korean Mayo


Toss hot cauliflower bites in the mayo sauce until well-coated.


Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
