Korean Fried Chicken (Yangnyeom Dak)

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken wings/thighs
  • ½ cup cornflour + ½ cup maida (for coating)
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 3 tbsp Wok Tok by Veeba Korean Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Sesame seeds

Directions

Coat chicken pieces in flour mix. Fry till crisp golden.
In a wok, heat chilli sauce + honey.
Toss fried chicken in this glaze until shiny.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
