Veggie Chop Burger

With Burger Mayonnaise

Burger Mayonnaise     Burger Mayonnaise Give your burgers an extra kick with Fun Foods Burger Mayonnaise. A unique combination of mayo, ketchup, mustard and select spices that ensures flavour. A dollop of this eggless mayo makes every burger drool worthy.

What you need:

To prepare the Chop:
  • 2 finely chopped carrots
  • 1 finely chopped beetroot
  • 2 potatoes (peel and chop them)
  • ¼ cup steamed green peas
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 4 chopped green chilies
  • 1-inch grated ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp water
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
To prepare the burger:
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 4 buns
  • 4 Tbsp Veeba burger Mayonnaise
  • 2 sliced onion roundels
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Lettuce


  • Pressure cook the veggies with ¼ cup water and a pinch of salt for 3 whistles
  • Mash the vegetables and set aside
  • Take oil in a pan and saute grated ginger, onions and green chilies
  • Now add mashed veggies
  • Add salt, cumin powder and red chili powder
  • Mix well and cook
  • Turn off heat and keep aside. Once cooled, make into small balls and roll into cylindrical shape and flatten to form the tikki.
  • Mix cornflour and 1 tbsp water in another bowl
  • Dip the chop in this mixture and roll into breadcrumbs. Do it for all chops
  • Shallow fry the chops till golden brown
Assemble your burger:
  • Cut the buns into halves and toast them on tawa
  • Place lettuce leaves on buns and them places onion slices, veg chop and burger mayonnaise.
  • Cover with another half and serve.
