Tandoori Sandwich

With Veeba Tandoori Mayonnaise

Ideal for Indian chicken/paneer sandwich. Combine it with mint mayonnaise to make a delicious dip.

What you need:

  • ½ cup Capsicum
  • ½ cup Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Onion
  • 1 cup Boiled Potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Veeba Tandoori Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
  • Brown Bread
  • In a bowl add chopped capsicum, tomatoes, onion, boiled potatoes, salt
    veeba tandoori mayonnaise, fresh coriander and mix well
  •  Now top the brown bread with tandoori aloo filling. Apply butter on top of
    the sandwich and cook till golden brown. Do this for both the sides of the
    sandwich
  • Flip and cook the other side until crisp and golden brown
  • Serve your tandoori aloo sandwich with Veeba tandoori mayonnaise
