Tandoori Mini Uttapams

with Veeba Tandoori Mayoonaise and Veeba Mint Mayonnaise

tandoori mayonnaise 275g     Ideal for Indian chicken/paneer sandwich. Combine it with mint mayonnaise to make a delicious dip.

What you need:

For Uttappam topping
  • Paneer 250 grams
  • Onion 1 medium sized
  • Tomato 1 medium sized
  • Capsicum 1 medium sized
  • Veeba Tandoori Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander 1 tbsp
For the uttappam
  • Dosa batter ½ KG
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Veeba Mint Mayo As required
  • In a mixing bowl add diced paneer & chopped veggies together
  • Now add Veeba Tandoori Mayonnaise & chopped fresh coriander & give it a nice mix. The Veeba Tandoori Mayonnaise goves the mixture a smoky flavour
  • Set a pan on medium heat and shape mini uttapams using spoonful of dosa batter for each uttapam
  • Let the uttapams cook for a minute & then top the uttapams with the tandoori mixture
  •  Gently press the mixture so the the mixture sticks to the uttapams. Now flip & cook for a minute or two
  • Remove the uttapams from the pan and now top the uttapams with Veeba Mint Mayo in a pattern of your choice
  • Serve with Veeba Mint Mayonnaise alongside
