Prepare a batter to coat the vegetables. For the batter mix maida, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper and ginger garlic paste in a bowl. Get to a semi-liquid consistency by mixing in some water.
Cut the veggies, add them to batter and mix well.
Take oil or ghee in a deep pan and heat on medium heat setting on induction or flame on the stovetop.
Fry the vegetables to achieve golden brown color and crisp texture.
Soak the excess oil using absorbent paper.
Take another pan, add a tsp of ghee or oil and add Veeba chili garlic dip and Veeba sweet chili sauce. Stir cook for about 30 seconds and toss in the fried vegetables. Stir until they are covered well with the sauce.
Grease a pan and toast the slider buns.
Once toasted, spread some mayonnaise onto the buns.
Place chilled lettuce leaves over the mayonnaise and place the crispy vegetables.
Cover with another half of slider bun.
Insert a toothpick or skewer and serve hot.
Now that is a quick fix for some mid meals hunger.
