Seafood Bharwan Mirch

With Veeba American Mustard Sauce

What you need:

  • 10-12 small prawns, coarsely crushed
  • 8 large green chillies (mirch)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin (jeera) powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Veeba American Mustard Sauce
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Red capsicum curls for garnishing
  • Green capsicum curls for garnishing

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 200º C.
2. Mix together prawns, salt, chopped green chillies, onions, coriander leaves, cumin powder, chilli powder and Veeba American Mustard Sauce in a bowl.
3. Slit the large green chillies without cutting through and stuff with a portion of the prepared mixture. Place on a baking tray and drizzle some olive oil on top.
4. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Garnish with capsicum curls and serve immediately.
