Seafood Bharwan Mirch

With Veeba American Mustard Sauce

What you need:

  • 10-12 small prawns, coarsely crushed
  • 8 large green chillies (mirch)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin (jeera) powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Veeba American Mustard Sauce
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Red capsicum curls for garnishing
  • Green capsicum curls for garnishing


1. Preheat oven to 200º C. 2. Mix together prawns, salt, chopped green chillies, onions, coriander leaves, cumin powder, chilli powder and Veeba American Mustard Sauce in a bowl. 3. Slit the large green chillies without cutting through and stuff with a portion of the prepared mixture. Place on a baking tray and drizzle some olive oil on top. 4. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. 5. Garnish with capsicum curls and serve immediately.
