Schezwan Paneer Spring Roll

with Veeba Schezwan Dip & Stir fry Sauce

Schezwan Sauce       Authentic Chinese dip & sauce. sichuan/schezwan pepper used. Contains fresh garlic pieces

What you need:

  • 1tsp Oil
  •  ¼ cup Spring Onion
  •  ½ cup Capsicum
  •  ½ cup Red bell pepper
  • 3 tbsp Veeba Schezwan dip and stir fry sauce
  • 100ml water
  •  250 grams Paneer
  •  Salt to taste
  •  Pinch of Black pepper
  • 2tbsp Spring onion greens
  • 2 cups Refined flour
  • Chopped carrot & cabbage
  • In a pan add oil, spring onions, chopped capsicum, red bell pepper and sauté on high flame for 2 minutes
  • Now add veeba schezwan dip and stir fry sauce, water, paneer, salt and black pepper into the pan; stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add some spring onion greens into it and mix well
  • Now in a bowl add refined flour, salt and water as required to knead a soft dough. Brush some oil, cover and rest with damp cloth for half an hour
  • Shape into roundels and roll into a chapatti
  •  Place some cabbage, carrots and paneer mix on it. Now roll and shape into a spring roll. Seal the edges with some water
  • For shallow frying add oil into a pan and fry roll from all sides until golden brown
  • Cut into pieces and serve it hot with Veeba schezwan dip and stir fry sauce
