Schezwan Paneer Cold Sandwich Recipe

  • 8 Bread slices
  • ½ cup thick curd
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

For the schezwan paneer stuffing

  • ¼ cup Veeba schezwan sauce
  • ¾ cup chopped paneer
  • ½ cup chopped capsicum (yellow, red, green)
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Salt to taste



  • To make the schezwan paneer stuffing, first combine the chopped capsicum, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and salt in a deep bowl and mix.
  • Next add the paneer and mix well once again.
  • Divide the stuffing into 4 equal parts and keep it aside.
  • Next mix the sour cream, lemon juice salt and pepper and keep aside dividing it into 4 equal portions.
  • Taking 2 slices of bread apply a portion of the sour cream on both the slices.
  • Next, taking one slice spread the paneer stuffing evenly over it and cover it with the second slice facing downward.
  • Cut the sandwich thus made diagonally into 2 equal halves.
  • Make 3 more sandwiches in a similar manner.
