Roasted Vegetable Pasta in Creamy White Sauce

What you need:

  • 300 grams Penne pasta
  • 4 cloves finely chopped Garlic
  • 1 finely chopped Onion
  • 1 Green zucchini sliced into 1-inch fingers
  • 1 Carrot chopped into 1-inch fingers
  • 1 Red Bell pepper chopped
  • 250 grams Veeba White Pasta Dressing
  • Milk
  • Basil leaves
  • Red Chili flakes


  • Boil pasta with a pinch of salt, strain and wash under cold running water. Drizzle some oil to prevent sticking.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onion and garlic
  • Now add Veeba white sauce dressing followed by pasta and roasted vegetables. Toss on high heat
  • Add milk if you need to make changes to thickness.
  • Stir basil leaves and chili flakes and serve
