Mix together all the batter ingredients. Add chicken. Heat up a wok/skillet with about 2 inches of oil. Deep-fry chicken until golden brown. Place fried chicken on paper towels to soak up excess oil.
Clean the wok/skillet. Add 1 tbsp oil and stir-fry garlic until aromatic. Transfer fried chicken into the wok, followed by Veeba Sweet Chilli Sauce, lime juice and salt. Stir the chicken until it is well smeared with sauce.
Garnish with white sesame and cilantro leaves. Serve hot.
