With Pizza Topping and Garlic Chilli Dip

Garlic Chilli Spread & Dip A great dip with dimsums and spring rolls, as well as a superb spread that gives sandwiches and rolls the bite of garlic and a kick of chilli!

What you need:

To prepare the dough

  • 250 gms Maida
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Water as required
  • 2 tbsp oil

To prepare the filling

  • 2 tbsp Veeba Garlic Chili Spread Dip
  • 1/2 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Boiled Corn
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Mixed Herbs
  • 2 tbsp Veeba Cheese & Chili Sandwich Spread

To prepare the dip

  • 2 tbsp Veeba pizza topping
  • Sliced olives
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs


  • Take a bowl and put maida in it.
  • Mix salt with your hands
  • Create a well in between and add sugar.
  • Add enough water to knead. When the kneading is almost done, add oil and continue kneading.
  • Cover and proof the dough for 45 mins
  • Take a bowl, mix Veeba garlic chili spread, bell peppers, corn, salt, mixed herbs and Veeba cheese and chili sandwich spread. Mix well, this is your filling
  • Make small chapatis from the dough
  • Grease a muffin tray and spread the small chapatis at the bottom. Fill the preparation and cover with another chapati. Proof for 20 mins.
  • Brush with milk and bake for 15 mins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees
  • Take out and brush with melted butter or oil.
  • In a bowl mix Veeba pizza topping, mixed herbs and olives, mix well. This is your dip.
  • Serve the baked bread with the delicious dip.
