Mix all the ingredients mentioned for the paneer tikka in a large mixing bowl.
Toss in such a way that the paneer gets coated well.
Cover it and set it aside for 10-15 minutes to marinate.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and add the paneer tikka mixture into the pan.
Now roast it on low flame so that the paneer gets well coated with the Veeba tandoori mayonnaise and gets a creamy texture.
Remove from flame and keep it aside.
Now take the Panini bread and cut it horizontally into half leaving the edges of one side joined.
Apply butter on the outer sides and roast it on a skillet until slightly crisp.
Now lay the bread on a plate and arrange cucumber and tomato slices on it.
Next sprinkle some salt and pepper over it and spread the shredded lettuce on it.
Over this place the paneer tikka and over it the jalapeno pieces and onion rings.
Finally add Veeba tandoori mayonnaise on top and put the above half of the bread over it.
This is a delicious spicy sandwich that is creamy and also has all the tandoori flavours. It is a wholesome dish and can be eaten during dinner and sometimes you can even enjoy it during breakfast with your morning tea.
