Take Veeba crunchy peanut butter in a grinder jar and add to it soy sauce, red chili paste, brown sugar, lemon juice and salt to taste. Add ¼ cup water and blend well. Top up with a little more water if required and blend to a smooth consistency. Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with crushed peanuts and coriander sprig. Set aside, the dip is ready.
The paneer pieces:
Cut the paneer into nearly 5-inch cuboids and marinate in a bowl with a mix of all the ingredients mentioned above for marination.
Put the pieces into wooden skewers.
Heat butter in a grill pan and arrange the paneer laden skewers onto it.
Grill both sides.
