With Veeba Crunchy Peanut Butter

Peanut Butter CrunchyPeanut Butter is a great tasting and natural source of healthy protein, carbohydrates and fats. Now available in Crunchy flavour!

Ingredients:

For the dip:

  • ¼ cup veeba crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chili paste
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup water
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Coriander sprigs

For the paneer marination:

  • ¼ cup thick curd
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili paste
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter sauce
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • Salt
  • Fresh coriander

Other ingredients:

  • 250 gm paneer
  • Butter for greasing the pan

Method:

Making the dip:

Take Veeba crunchy peanut butter in a grinder jar and add to it soy sauce, red chili paste, brown sugar, lemon juice and salt to taste. Add ¼ cup water and blend well. Top up with a little more water if required and blend to a smooth consistency. Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with crushed peanuts and coriander sprig. Set aside, the dip is ready.

The paneer pieces:

  1. Cut the paneer into nearly 5-inch cuboids and marinate in a bowl with a mix of all the ingredients mentioned above for marination.
  2. Put the pieces into wooden skewers.
  3. Heat butter in a grill pan and arrange the paneer laden skewers onto it.
  4. Grill both sides.
