With Mint Mayonnaise

Mint Mayonnaise Mint Mayonnaise sauce is a delicious blend of coriander, Mint, eggs, spices and oil. It is a great dip to serve with any type of snack dish, also you can make variety of sandwiches.

What you need:

  • 200gms Paneer
  • 1small green capsicum
  • 1small onion
  • 3-4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp ghee or oil
  • 2 thin rotis/wraps
  • 3-4 tbsp Veeba Mint Mayonnaise
  • 1tsp red chili Powder
  • Salt to taste


  1. Cut the Paneer into 2 thin strips
  2. Slice the onions and the capsicum and keep aside
  3. Now heat the ghee/oil in a pan and add the sliced onions to it.
  4. As soon as the onion changes its color, add capsicum, red chili powder, paneer strips and salt to it.
  5. Sauté the mixture for approximately 2 minutes.
  6. Divide the paneer mixture into 2 equivalent portions.
  7. On a plate or a worktop, spread the wraps and place the lettuce leaves on it.
  8. Equally, divide and spread the Veeba Mint Mayonnaise evenly.
  9. Add the Paneer mixture and wrap it up.
