What you need:

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • ½ red grapes, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup sweet corn
  • 1 pineapple, diced
  • 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • Veeba thousand island dressing, 2 tbsp

Method:

Take all the fruits and vegetables and mix them in a bowl
