Crispy Baby Potato

With Chilli Garlic and Sriracha

 Veeba Sriracha Sauce is a flaming hot chilli sauce. This Thai favourite can be used as a fiery dip with chips, fries and wontons.

What you need:

For the potatoes

  • 250 gm baby potatoes ( boil and peel them and scoop out the core with a spoon)
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil

For the filling

  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 3tbsp Veeba Sriracha sauce
  • ½ cup grated paneer
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2-3 sprigs Chopped spring onions

For the sauce

  • 2 tbsp Veeba garlic chili spread and dip
  • 50 ml water
  • Chopped spring onion


  1. In a bowl, take the scooped baby potatoes and mix with corn flour and salt till completely coated.
  2. Take oil in a pan, fry the potatoes on both sides.
  3. Once fried, take them out and set aside.
  4. Take oil in a pan and saute garlic
  5. Now stir in Veeba Sriracha sauce
  6. Stir in grated paneer and add chopped coriander, salt and pepper.
  7. Now add chopped spring onions, mix and take it off the flame. This is your filling
  8. To make the sauce, add Veeba garlic chili spread and dip in a pan and add water, mix well. Now add chopped spring onion and turn off the flame. This is your sauce.
  9. Take the potatoes, fill the cavity with the filling and top up with the sauce.
  10. Delicious crispy potatoes are ready to be served.
