Cheese and Chilli Sandwich spread:

The sandwich spread that brings together cheese and chilli, two of India’s favourite flavours to makes everything better! 



With the help of an extremely fine grater, grate the carrot and the cucumber .Now; squeeze the excess water out from the grated cucumber. If we don’t squeeze the excessive water, it would make the sandwich very watery and not the way we would want it to be. Simultaneously, chop the red bell pepper and green capsicum very finely. Take a medium sized bowl and add put the butter in it. Now, put the chopped and grated vegetables to it.

Now add the Veeba Cheese and Chilli Sandwich spread to the bowl. Mix it thoroughly so that it gets absorbed by the ingredients in the bowl. Sprinkle the salt and pepper. Now, equally divide and spread the mixture on one of the slices and cover it with the other one. Cut it in two triangles or you may want to cut it into any shape of your choice.

It’s ready to be served!!
