Sweet Chilli Sauce


Sweet Chilli Sauce The perfect blend of hot chillies and mellow sweetness. Excellent for sautéing vegetables, and as a dip.

What you need:

  • 400 gm potatoes sliced into fries
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Veeba sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Veeba garlic chili spread
  • 2 tbsp Veeba sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chopped Spring onions


  • In a bowl take the potatoes and coat with corn flour, ginger garlic paste and Veeba sweet chili sauce, set aside.
  • Take a pan, heat oil and saute the chopped onion.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes away
  • Add Veeba garlic chili spread and Veeba sweet chili sauce, stir well.
  • Add a spoon of vinegar and mix
  • Take off from the flame and add the fried potatoes to this sauce
  • Mix well and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions
  • Delicious chili garlic potatoes are ready to serve
