With Classic mayo, mint mayo, carrot & cucumber sandwich spread

Mint Mayonnaise

 

Mint Mayonnaise The freshness of mint packed in a bottle. It adds a cool zing to sandwiches, wraps and rolls.

What you need:

For chapati pinwheel sandwich

  • 1 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onions
  • 4 tsp Veeba carrot and cucumber sandwich spread
  • Leftover chapati
  • 3 tbsp chopped lettuce

For tomato cheese sandwich

  • Bread slices
  • Veeba garlic mayonnaise
  • Thin tomato slices
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Veeba American mustard sauce

 

This is a 2-way recipe where you can make 2 types of sandwiches.

Method:

For chapati pinwheel sandwich

  • Take a bowl and combine chopped vegetables with Veeba carrot and cucumber sandwich spread.
  • Take a leftover chapati, spread the filling and top with chopped lettuce
  • Roll the chapati, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 mins
  • Take out, unwrap the roll and cut into ½ inch thick pinwheels
  • Serve with a glass of juice or slurp just like that, a great way to use the leftovers and address hunger.

For quick tomato cheese sandwich

 

  • Take bread slices and smother with Veeba garlic mayonnaise
  • Lay 4 tomato slices and cover with a layer of grated mozzarella
  • Top with a lettuce leaf
  • Spead Veeba American mustard sauce on another slice and close the sandwich
  • Grill with butter until crisp and golden
  • Take out and slice into triangles

 

 

This can be a great quick breakfast for those busy mornings and is pretty filling too.
