Veg Biryani

  • Step 1: Mix 7 Tbsp. (Approx. 125 g) Veeba Quick Biryani Base with equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside. (Important step)
  • Step 2: Sauté onions, beans, cauliflower, carrots or any other vegetables of your choice along with 250 g paneer (Cottage Cheese).
  • Step 3: Add 3 bowls (approx. 450 – 500 g) steamed rice to the sautéed paneer (Cottage Cheese) and vegetables.
  • Step 4: Add the gravy mix and toss for a minute.
  • Step5: Garnish and serve!


Chicken Biryani

  • Step 1: Mix 7 Tbsp. (Approx. 125 g) Veeba Quick Biryani Base with equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside. (Important step)
  • Step 2: Marinate 250 g boneless chicken dices with curd, salt and little red chili powder for at least 30 minutes. Grill the marinated chicken or sauté the marinated chicken dices till done.
  • Step 3: Sauté onions. Add the prepared chicken. Add 3 bowls (approx. 450 – 500 g) steamed rice.
  • Step 4: Add the gravy mix and toss for a minute
  • Step5: Garnish and serve!
