Baked Cannelloni

Ingredients

  • Spinach (puree)
  • Cottage cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh cream
  • Lasagne sheets
  • Step 1: Melt some butter and stir in Spinach puree, Cottage Cheese,salt & black pepper.
  • Step 2: Add some fresh cream
  • Step 3: Take one lasagne sheet and place the mixture in the centre and roll. Repeat the process with other lasagne sheets
  • Step 4: Store in a box and top it up with Veeba’s Pasta & Pizza Sauce and parmesan cheese.
  • Step 5: Bake for 15 mins at 80°c
