Garlic Veginnaise (Eggless)
Real garlic blended with eggless mayonnaise.
Paneer/Tofu Shawarma
Ingredients
- 100gms cottage cheese vertically cut into chunks
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green capsicum
- 2 Tortillas
- Step 1: Initiate by marinating the 100Gms Cottage cheese (paneer)/tofu with salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper powder, massage with 2 tsp vegetable oil and keep aside for 15 – 20 mins
- Step 2: Thinly slice 1 red 1 yellow bell pepper and 1 green capsicum
- Step 3: Season the pan with oil, add the peppers and capsicum, add salt and black pepper to taste, sauté for a minute and set aside.
- Step 4: Take the marinated cottage cheese (paneer)/tofu and lightly toss them on a tawa and set aside. On the same pan gently toast the tortilla till light brown.
- Step 5: To make a wrap: On the toasted tortilla, generously spread 2 tsps. of Garlic Veginnaise bring together the sautéed bell peppers in the center and place the tossed cottage cheese (paneer)/tofu on top of the veggies and wrap.
Tomato and Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
- White or brown bread
- 1 tsp Veeba Garlic Veginnaise
- 5 thin slices of tomato
- 1 cup grated Mozarella cheese
- 5 lettuce leaves
- Veeba Imli Sauce
- Step 1: Take white or brown bread slice, take 1 tsp of Veeba Garlic Mayonnaise and spread it evenly.
- Step 2: Place 5 thin slices of tomato and top it with Mozzarella cheese covered with a couple of lettuce leaves
- Step 3: Evenly spread 1 tsp of Veeba Imli Sauce on the other bread slice, close the sandwich and grill it till its golden brown and crispy.
