Chilli Chinese Stir fry & Gravy
An Indo-chinese favourite, this versatile mix can be added to a variety of dishes for a spicy twist.
Chilli Paneer/tofu
- Step 1:Mix 8 Tbsp. (Approx. 130 g) Veeba Chilli Chinese Stir Fry | Gravy with equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside. (Important step)
- Step 2: Take 2 tsp. cornflour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper to it and make a batter using water. Dip 250 g paneer (Cottage Cheese) dices in this batter, fry till golden and keep aside.
- Step 3:Stir fry onions / spring onions & bell peppers and add the prepared paneer (Cottage Cheese).
- Step4:Add the gravy mix to the stir fried veggies & paneer (Cottage Cheese) and bring to boil.
- Step5: Garnish and serve!
Chilli Chicken
- Step 1:Mix 8 Tbsp. (Approx. 130 g) Veeba Chilli Chinese Stir Fry | Gravy with equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside. (Important step)
- Step 2:Marinate 250 g boneless chicken dices with 1 egg, a pinch of salt & pepper and 1 tsp. cornflour. Fry till golden and keep aside.
- Step 3:Stir fry onions / spring onions & bell peppers and add the prepared chicken.
- Step 4:Add the gravy mix to the stir fried veggies & chicken and bring to boil.
- Step5: Garnish and serve!
