Pinwheel Sandwich Recipe


  • 6 Slices of bread
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Mixed fruit jam
  • 2 tsp Veeba Cheese spread
  • 1 tsp Green chutney
  • 1 tsp Veeba Mustard sauce
  • Thinly sliced multi-coloured capsicum
  • 2 tsp finely chopped olives


  • The first step is to cut the crust of bread slices.
  • Then use a rolling pin to flatten the breadout.
  • Once the bread is flattened out, put it on a clean and flat surface, say a plate.
  • Now take another slice and repeat the same.
  • Then take 1teaspoon of jam and spread it equally on the bread slice.
  • Take another slice of bread and place it over the first one.
  • Take 1 tea-spoon cheese-spread and spreadit evenly over this slice, followed by an even layer of half a tea spoon of Veebamustard paste. 
  • Now place the third slice of bread over the second one and apply butter and green chutney over it.
  • Now put the thinly sliced Capsicum on the buttered bread slice along with a few pieces of olives.
  • Then roll the bread slices into a tight roll. You must roll the bread slices from the capsicum side to prevent the pieces from falling out.

Lastly, cut the roll into yet equal small parts using a sharp knife.
