with Salad with Veeba Peri Peri Sauce and Veeba Honey Mustard Dressing

What you need:

For marinating the chicken

  • 400 grams Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of Black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Veeba Peri Peri Sauce
  • Olive Oil

For serving

  • Veeba Honey Mustard Dressing as required

For Salad

  • A small bunch of Romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup Red onion
  • ¼ cup Cucumber
  • ¼ cup Mixed bellpeppers
  • ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Veeba Honey Mustard dressing

For Grilled Chicken

  • Clean & trim the chicken breasts
  • Make incisions on the chicken at a 45° angle
  • Apply ginger garlic paste/Veeba Chipotle dressing & season with salt & pepper
  • Now apply Veeba Honey Mustard Dressing
  • Rest the chicken for 10 minutes in a refrigerator
  •  Set a grill pan on medium heat
  • Add some olive oil & grill the chicken from both the sides until grill marks appear &
    the chicken is cooked

For Salad:

  • IN a mixing bowl add romaine lettuce, sliced red onion, diced cucumber, diced bell peppers, halved cherry tomatoes & Veeba Honey Mustard Dressing
  •  Give the salad a nice toss

For Serving

  • In a serving plate make a swoosh or drizzle some honey mustard dressing as
    preferred
  • Now plate some salad as a bed or on the side
  • Plate the grilled chicken onto the salad or on the side of the salad
  • Finish with some Veeba Honey Mustard dressing
