Ingredients Required for Tandoori Mayo Paneer Tikka

  • For about 400 grams Paneer, cut into cubes
  • Garlic Cloves, grated
  • 2 tablespoon gram flour
  • 3 tablespoons Veeba tandoori mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tablespoon yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Oil for cooking
  • Salt to taste


Other Ingredients for the sandwich

  • Panini Bread, cut into half from the horizontally from the middle
  • Veeba Tandoori Mayonnaise, for topping
  • 2 Onions, cut into sliced
  • 2 tomatoes cut into a round shape
  • 1 cucumber cut into a round shape
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Half cup Pickled Jalapenos

Directions to make Paneer Tikka sub sandwich with Veeba tandoori mayonnaise

  1. To prepare the Paneer tikka sub sandwich first prepare all the ingredients that are needed and mentioned under the “tandoori mayo paneer tikka” section. After preparing them to keep them aside because preparing all the ingredients beforehand will help you finish the process quickly.
  2. Once you have prepared the ingredients as required then take a large bowl and add all the ingredients that were listed under the “tandoori mayo paneer tikka” section in the bowl.  To prepare the Paneer tikka sub sandwich with Veeba tandoori mayonnaise stir them well by adding all the seasoning and salt and let it rest for 10 minutes in order to get marinated.

  10. At last to give your sandwich a final touch, pour a tablespoon of Veeba tandoori mayonnaise and serve it immediately by pressing the other side of the bread.
