  • 100 gm Cottage cheese
  • ¼ tbsp. finely grounded black pepper

  • ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • French bread

Method:

  • Take a large bowl
  • Blend salt, black pepper, and Veeba BBQ sauce
  • Add cottage cheese to this mixture
  • Take French bread and cut slices of 1.5 cm
  • Now spread Veeba pizza topping on these slices
  • Arrange the cheese mixture on the pieces of bread
  • Top it up with grated mozzarella cheese
  • Bake the bread for 8-10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees

Method:

  • Take French bread and slice them approximately 1.5 cm

  • Thin pizza base

  • ½ skinless and cooked chicken breast
  • 25 gm grated mozzarella

Method:

  • Spread Veeba BBQ sauce over the pizza base. You can also use bread instead of a pizza base
  • Top it up with red onions, mushrooms, and diced paneer
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese
  • Bake the pizza 12-14 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 220 degrees
  • Serve by drizzling the remaining Veeba BBQ sauce over the pizza with ketchup and a cold aerated beverage

Puffed pastry pillows

What you need:

  • 8 puff pastry pillows
  • 1 medium finely chopped zucchini
  • 10-12 finely chopped mushroom buttons
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped asparagus
  • 1 medium finely chopped carrot
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 medium finely chopped onion
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes
  • Microgreens for garnishing

Method:

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan
  • Add onions and garlic. Sauté well until golden brown
  • Add all the mushrooms, zucchini, asparagus and carrot. Mix well
  • Cook this for 2 minutes
  • Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • Now add the Veeba BBQ sauce and cook for another 2 minutes
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters
  • Split the puff pastry pillows from the middle. Add the veggies filling
  • Top it up with cherry tomatoes and micro greens
  • Serve with a ketchup of your choice

  • 18 chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tbsp. finely grounded black pepper

For the sauce:

Method:

  • Wash and dry the chicken wings thoroughly
