Eggless Brownie

with Veeba Chocolate Fudge Topping

Chocolate fudge topping

 

Real cocoa (8%) is used. Combination of cocoa and milk solids it tastes like melted chocolate

What you need:

  • 100grams Butter
  •  ¾ cup Castor Sugar
  • 1tsp Vanilla essence
  • 100 ml Milk
  •  ¾ cup Veeba Chocolate Fudge Topping
  •  1 cup Refined flour
  •  4 tbsp Cocoa powder
  •  1tsp Baking powder
  • In a bowl add butter, castor sugar, vanilla essence and cream ingredients
    together with the help of a whisk
  •  Now add milk and veeba chocolate fudge topping and whisk the batter till it
    gets combined
  • Sift the dry ingredients- refined flour, cocoa powder & baking powder
    together into the wet ingredients
  • With soft hands cut & fold the ingredients together & do not over mix
  •  Now spread the batter evenly on to a lined baking try and bake it for 25-30
    minutes at 220 degrees
  • Cut them into squares and top it with veeba chocolate fudge topping while
    serving
