Egg & Harissa Sandwich

What you need:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • ¼ cup lettuce
  • rings cut from ½ onion
  • 2 tbsp Veeba Harissa sauce
  • Butter
  • 2 whole eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Toast bread on pan with butter until golden brown
  • Take oil in a pan, crack egg in a way that yolk stays intact.
  • Lower the heat and slow cook until the upper layer of the yolk cooks
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper and remove from heat
  • Spread Veeba Harissa sauce over the toasted bread
  • Place lettuce, onion, tomatoes and egg and cover with another bread slice covered in harissa sauce.
  • Serve a sumptuous delight
