Egg Harissa Sandwich Recipe

With Harissa Dressing

What you need:

  • Bread slices
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ¼ cup lettuce
  • ½ onion, cut into rings
  • 2 tbsp. harissa dressing
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Take a pan and heat some butter
  2. Cook the bread slices on it until golden brown. Keep aside
  3. Now heat some oil in a pan
  4. Crack eggs in the way that yolk stays intact
  5. Lower the heat
  6. Slowly cook until the upper layer of the yolk is cooked
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
  8. Now spread the Veeba harissa dressing over the egg toast
  9. Top it with lettuce, tomatoes, and onion
  10. Cover it with another slice layered with harissa dressing
  11. Serve this sumptuous delicacy with fresh juice or a hot beverage
