with Veeba Schezwan Dip & Stir fry Sauce and Thousand Island Sandwich Spread

Schezwan Sauce

 

 

 

Authentic Chinese dip & sauce. sichuan/schezwan pepper used. Contains fresh garlic pieces

What you need:

  • ½ cup Corn
  • 3-4 medium sized potatoes (boiled)
  • 2 tbsp Veeba garlic chilli spread
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 8 slices of sandwich bread
  • Veeba Thousand Island Spread as required
  • A small bulb of Lettuce
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • In a mixing bowl add corn, boiled & mashed potatoes, Veeba garlic chilli spread &
    fresh coriander
  • Give it a nice mix & bring the mixture together
  • Shape into mini patties
  • Grill using minimum oil on both the sides until golden brown
  • For making instant home made slider buns, take sandwich bread & using a cookie
    cutter or a lid cut into the patty sized roundels
  • Toast onto a pan until golden brown & crisp from both the sides
  • Take a slider bun & apply Veeba Thousand island spread on it
  • Place some lettuce, then the corn patty, top with Veeba Thousand island spread,
    tomtoes & onion slices
  • Top & finish with another toasted bun
  • Serve hot with Veeba Thousand island spread
