Kung Pao Stir fry & Gravy
A fascinating combination of spicy, sweet and nutty flavours in a distinctive oreintal blend. Use it for stri-frying or as a gravy base.
Veg Kung Pao
- Step 1:Mix 8 Tbsp. (Approx. 130 g) Veeba Kung Pao Stir Fry | Gravy with equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside. (Important step)
- Step 2: Stir fry the vegetables of your choice like onions, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms etc. along with 250 g paneer (Cottage Cheese)/tofu.
- Step 3:Add the gravy mix to the stir fried veggies & paneer (Cottage Cheese)/tofu and bring to boil.
- Step4:Garnish and serve!
Chicken Kung Pao
- Step 1: Mix 8 Tbsp. (Approx. 130 g) Veeba Kung Pao Stir Fry | Gravy with equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside. (Important step)
- Step 2:Marinate 250 g boneless chicken dices with 1 tsp. cornflour, 1/4 tsp. baking soda and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes. Fry in hot oil till golden and keep aside.
- Step 3:Stir fry the vegetables of your choice and add the prepared chicken.
- Step 4:Add the gravy mix to the stir fried veggies & chicken and bring to boil.
- Step5: Garnish and serve!
