Chinese Bhel Recipe

With Sriracha Sauce/Peri Peri Sauce & Sweet Onion

Sweet Chilli Sauce

 

Sweet Chilli Sauce The perfect blend of hot chillies and mellow sweetness. Excellent for sautéing vegetables, and as a dip.

What you need:

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Veeba Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Onion Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce or Veeba Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Spring onions (Finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped Green Beans
  • 1/4 cup sliced Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup sliced Cabbage
  • 2 cups Fried Noodles
  • 1/2 cup Spring onions (to garnish)

Method:

  • Fry the Noodles and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic.
  • Now add Veeba sriracha sauce and stir for about 30-40 seconds.
  • Stir in Veeba sweet onion sauce and soy or Veeba teriyaki sauce.
  • Mix salt and keep stirring to prevent sticking
  • Add the veggies and keep stirring.
  • Now add fried noodles and mix well
  • Turn off the heat
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve

This recipe has an authentic Chinese taste and makes a great party starter or a quick fix for hunger.
