Bruschetta Recipe

What you need:

For Barbeque paneer bruschetta:

  • Paneer/ cottage cheese – 100gm
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp finely ground black pepper
  • 4 tbsp. Veeba barbecue sauce
  • Veeba pizza topping
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese
  • French bread

 

For Cheese & Mushroom Bruschetta:

  • Veeba Cheese & Mushroom spread
  • ¼ cup or 8-10 sprigs basil leaves
  • French bread
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese

Method:

For Barbeque paneer bruschetta:

  1. Take a bowl and blend in salt, pepper and veeba barbecue sauce.
  2. Add the paneer pieces to the mix above
  3. Take French bread and cut thin slices (nearly 1-1.5 cm)
  4. Spread Veeba pizza topping on the bread.
  5. Arrange the barbecue paneer mixture on the bread slice.
  6. Bake for 8-10 mins in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees.
  7. Serve hot.

For Cheese & Mushroom Bruschetta:

  1. Take French bread and slice into pieces, 1-1.5 cm thick
  2. Spread Veeba Cheese & Mushroom spread generously.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese and basil leaves
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200 degree
  5. Serve hot

You can make other variations too, such as sweetcorn, baby corn, mushroom, capsicum, chicken etc. All you need is your choice of Veeba spread and your choice of filling.
