White Sauce Pasta Recipes for a Restaurant Like White Pasta

Roasted veggies pasta

What you need:

  • 300 gm pasta of your choice
  • 4 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 green zucchini sliced to an approximate of 1 inch
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 thinly sliced carrot
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • Milk
  • Veeba white sauce dressing
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oregano
  • Basil leaves

Method:

  • Take a pan and boil some pasta by adding water, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp. of salt
  • Meanwhile, you can roast the veggies in some oil and salt
  • After boiling strain the pasta under cold running water separating every pasta
  • Now take a pan and heat some butter
  • Add onions and garlic and sauté till light brown
  • Now add Veeba white sauce pasta dressing followed by pasta and roasted veggies
  • You can also add milk to adjust the thickness level of the sauce
  • Add chilli flakes and oregano and mix well
  • Garnish it with finely chopped basil leaves and serve hot

What you need:

  • Puff pastry
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 15 sliced mushroom
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parsley
  • Veeba white sauce dressing

Method:

  • Take a puff pastry and flatten it with help of a rolling pin
  • Use a cookie cutter to cut circles
  • Poke holes with a fork on the uncut ones and brush them with water
  • Separate the core and place the outer circle over the uncut circles
  • Place them in oven
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
  • Bring out them from oven and keep them aside for cooling
  • Now take a pan and heat some oil
  • Sauté some onions
  • Add garlic cloves and stir well
  • Add mushrooms and keep on stirring until they are cooked
  • Mix black pepper according to your taste
  • Turn off the heat

  • Take a non-stick pan and heat some butter
  • Add corns
  • Add Veeba white sauce dressing and stir well
  • Add milk and stir for another 1 minute
  • Keep it aside
  • The filling for blanched corns is ready
  • Now cut circles from a bread slice using a cutter or a round bowl
  • Spread Veeba pizza sandwich spread after applying butter on the bread slice
  • Place the slice with a hole over it and fill it with corn filling
  • Repeat the same way with other Veeba variations like Veeba cucumber and carrot spread and Veeba cheese and chilli spread
  • Now pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees and bake these for 10 minutes

  • 1 large yellow zucchini
  • 1 large green zucchini

  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • 5 cherry tomatoes cut into two halves

Method:

  • Take yellow and green zucchini and slice them finely into thin strips and vertically
  • Take a non-stick pan and heat some oil
  • Add chopped garlic cloves and sauté them well until light brown
  • Now add crushed black pepper and red chilli flakes and stir for 15 seconds
  • Add yellow and green zucchinis and carrot, toss this mixture well like a chef
  • Add cherry tomatoes and mix well but lightly
