Method:

What you need:

  • 8-10 slices of whole wheat bread
  • ¼ cup of cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked kidney beans
  • ½ cup steamed sweet corns
  • 4 tbsp. Veeba Marinara sauce
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. red chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Soak kidney beans for overnight
  • Next day, cook the kidney beans in a pressure cooker
  • Set beans aside once cooked
  • Take a pan and heat some oil
  • Sauté onion and garlic until golden brown
  • Now add sweet corns, rajma, Veeba marinara sauce, chilli flakes, and salt.
  • Mix it well till you get a thick texture
  • Flatten the pieces of bread with edges cut and lay them separately in a muffin tray
  • Fill these bread cups with mixture
