Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • chopped mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, peas, cabbage, carrots and cauliflower etc.)
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation:

Saute all the vegetable and onions and add some water to it in a pan. Bring the contents to boils until they are soft. Now add some all-purpose flour and wait until the matter is thick. Later add the other ingredients such as salt, pepper and garlic mayonnaise according to the taste and need. and mix it well. Serve hot!

  • Broccoli- 1 head
  • 2 tablespoon garlic mayonnaise.

  • Garlic mayonnaise- 3 tablespoons
  • Oil- As per requirement
  • Pepper- As per requirement
  • Salt- As per requirement
    Curry leaves- 5-6 leaves
  • Cayenne powder- As per requirement

Procedure:

  1. Mix the wheat flour with water and make it into a dough. Put it aside.
  2. Put on a pan, heat the oil and sauté cumin, curry leaves and other spices. Bring on the boiled vegetables and Sautee them until they are brown and tender.
  3. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, cayenne powder and put in one low heat until the stuffing is well prepared.
