Chinese Bhel

This dish gives a great kick-start for any party. As it is an authentic Chinese dish, you need to serve it hot for the proper chilly garlic taste.

What you need:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • ¼ cup Veeba Sriracha Sauce
  • ¼ cup sweet onion sauce
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • ½ cup finely chopped spring onions
  • ¼ cup sliced carrot
  • ¼ cup chopped beans
  • ¼ cup sliced capsicum
  • ½ cup sliced cabbage
  • 2 cups fried noodles
  • ½ cup coriander or spring onions for garnishing

Method:

  • First, fry the noodles. Drain out the oil well and keep them aside.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Add garlic and sauté until golden brown
  • Now add the Veeba Sriracha sauce and stir for 40-50 seconds
  • Mix salt according to the taste
  • Keep stirring for a minute and ensure there is no sticking of the sauce to the pan
  • Now add all the veggies and mix the mixture properly
  • Add the fried noodles and mix well
  • Now turn off the heat and adjust the Chinese Bhel to a serving plate
  • Garnish this tempting snack with coriander or spring onions

What you need:

  • 6 eggs
  • Veeba Sriracha Sauce
  • Black pepper to taste, finely grounded
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 boiled chopped potatoes
  • ½ cup chopped carrot
  • Handful of spinach
  • Basil leaves
  • 1 cup chopped Cherry tomatoes
  • Veeba cheese and mushroom spread

Method:

  • Break all the eggs in a big bowl
  • Add Veeba Sriracha sauce and black pepper
  • Mix this mixture well.
  • Keep this mixture aside
  • Take a pan and heat the oil
  • Add finely chopped onion and sauté till the onion turns golden brown
  • Add garlic and stir till golden brown
  • Now add the boiled and chopped potatoes
  • Mix well
  • Add salt to your taste
  • Mix it well
  • Add chopped carrot, basil leaves, and spinach

  • Cook on the medium flame and avoid sticking of the eggs on sides of the pan
  • Remove egg omelet from the pan onto a serving plate

What you need:
For the potatoes:

  • 250 gm boiled and peeled baby potatoes (scoop out the core of the potatoes after peeling)
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

For the filling:

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp Veeba Sriracha Sauce
  • ½ cup grated paneer
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 3 cups chopped green spring onions

For the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Veeba garlic chili spread
  • 50 ml water
  • Chopped spring onion

Method:

  • Take a bowl and add scooped baby potatoes
  • Coat these potatoes with salt and cornflour
  • Heat oil in the pan
  • Fry the potatoes
  • Once they are fried. Dry out the oil and keep the potatoes aside.
  • Heat oil in the pan and add the finely chopped or grated garlic
  • Sauté until golden brown
  • Now mix the Veeba Sriracha sauce
  • Add the grated paneer and chopped coriander
  • Add salt and pepper. Mix the mixture well
  • Now add chopped spring onions and take the mixture off the flame.
  • Now the filling is ready
  • To make the sauce, add Veeba chili garlic dip and dip in the pan
  • Add water and mix well
  • Now add the finely chopped green spring onions
  • Take the sauce off the flame
  • The sauce is also ready
  • Take the potatoes and fill their cavity with the filling prepared
