Wash the mushrooms and the spring onions. Finely chop the mushrooms into small pieces and keep it in drinking water. Now chop both part of the spring onions, the spring and the onion. Cut the green capsicum into fine long but thin slices. Using a grater, grate the garlic cloves and keep aside. Now heat a pan/wok and put the oil in it.
As soon as the oil is hot, put the garlic in it. As and when you smell the aroma of the garlic, it is time to put spring onions in the pan/wok. Now you can add the mushrooms too. Stir it to mix all the ingredients once. Now cover it with a lid for 5-10 minutes. Open the lid and add our Veeba Sweet Chilli Sauce to them. Mix it thoroughly so that the mushrooms absorb the flavour of the sauce. Let it be on simmer for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper and serve hot.
