Peri Peri Sauce

 

Peri Peri Sauce A zingy Portuguese chilli sauce that will dazzle your taste buds. Great with rolls and fried snacks.

What you need:

  • 3 potatoes, peel and cut them into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • Finely chopped parsley leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp Veeba peri peri Sauce

 

 

 

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and potatoes
  • Saute until the potatoes are soft and cooked and continue till they turn crispy and golden
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Add chopped parsley and Veeba Peri-Peri sauce and toss
  • Turn off the heat and you have your favorite party snack and a kid favorite.
