Wash, dry, and season chicken wings with salt, garlic, pepper, cayenne, sugar and paprika. Pre-heat oven to 190° C. Oil the baking tray, place wings in a single layer, and cook in oven for 35-40 mins, turning them once.
Meanwhile, prepare your sauce by slowly simmering sauce ingredients together over very low heat. When wings are baked, carefully dip them in the sauce, place them back in the oven for 5 more mins., or until the sauce is bubbling. Enjoy hot.
